What we need from you first
- Links to the pages the sheet is built from
- How often your policies change
- Any date, such as a sale or peak season, to check before
- No customer data or logins
Never send passwords, keys, customer records or confidential code in the first enquiry. Secure handover is agreed after scoping.
How we check it is done
- Each month the note lists every changed line on the pages read, with the date each page was read.
- In the first month your named person plants one change in a copy of your return page (for example 30 days to 14 days) without telling us where, and the note lists every answer line it affects.
- Each month the test set is re-run and every question whose result changed since last month is listed.
You read each report and tell us whether the rules and thresholds still suit you. A period counts as delivered when you have the report.
When we would stop or decline
- Your pages sit behind a login and cannot be shown to us in another way
- The pages change so often that a monthly read cannot keep up, so we agree a different scope
- The sheet has no sources, so a change cannot be traced to a line

Is this live monitoring?
No. It is a monthly read of your public pages, plus an extra read before a date you name.
Do you change my assistant?
No. We propose sheet changes. You approve them and apply them.
Does a clean report mean nothing is wrong?
No. It means nothing was found in the inputs you sent, by the checks listed here. It is not assurance, and it does not replace your own checking.
Price and terms
£79/month · untested offer price. Billing is monthly under the written terms we agree with you. Nothing is charged until you have agreed them.
