The result
Every week you receive a list of each product below its floor, each bundle whose price is out of step with its components and each sale price left on past its end date. Each list states the rows read, the floor version and counts that reconcile.

What we need from you first
- How you export prices and on which day
- How many products and bundles
- Where the floor sheet lives
- No store login
Never send passwords, keys, customer records or confidential code in the first enquiry. Secure handover is agreed after scoping.
How we check it is done
- In the first month we run the checker on a copy of your export with 10 breaches, 5 planted by us and 5 by your named person and kept from us until the first run, and the first list shows all 10 (10 of 10 shows a true catch rate of at least 74% with 95% confidence; a smoke test). One missed breach fails the test.
- Each weekly list states rows read, the floor version, and counts that reconcile.
- No price in your store is changed by us.
You read each report and tell us whether the rules and thresholds still suit you. A period counts as delivered when you have the report.
