What we need from you first
- Which store platform and which standing services you want
- Your backlog of small jobs you have in mind
- Who accepts items and who applies changes live
- Your response to the proposed monthly price; no logins or customer data
Never send passwords, keys, customer records or confidential code in the first enquiry. Secure handover is agreed after scoping.
How we check it is done
- Each standing report is delivered on its agreed schedule and states the rows read, the date range and what was not covered.
- Each delivered item meets the acceptance checks of the matching job and is accepted or sent back by you.
- Each month no more than one item was delivered or started, and its listed one-off price is no more than £300.
- Nothing in your store, helpdesk or prices was changed by us.
You read each report, accept or send back each item and read the monthly summary.
When we would stop or decline
- Exports cannot be sent regularly, so the checks cannot run
- The items you ask for regularly exceed one a month or £300 of listed jobs, so we agree a different scope
- You want changes applied to your live store for you
- Nobody on your side can accept items or apply changes
Questions
Is this a full store management service?
No. It re-checks support answers, delivery exceptions, prices, reorder points and reply drafts, and delivers one bounded job a month. It does not run your store or change it.
Can I buy the parts separately?
Yes. Every standing service and every job here is available on its own. The proposed lane price equals their listed prices at full use, so it adds one arrangement with a schedule and capacity confirmed in writing, not a discount.
Do I need all five standing services?
No. The proposal lists the ones you choose, and the monthly figure follows the services in use.
What counts as a bounded item?
One listed job at no more than its starting scope, for example an AI copy check for up to 150 products. Together the monthly item is worth no more than £300 at its listed one-off price.
Does it use AI?
Automated systems do much of the work, and a separate automated reviewer checks it. Where a check can be a script, such as the price-floor check, it is a script. A person on your side decides everything that goes live.
Price and terms
Quote after scope check. Payment, billing, cancellation and renewal are agreed in the written proposal before the engagement starts. No charge, reservation or automatic subscription begins from an enquiry.
