The result
Every month the log of price changes is re-computed from your exports and checked against your floors, ceilings and daily limit. The limit tests are re-run on a copy, and you receive a report with anything that needs a rule change.

What we need from you first
- Which job and platform, and how many products
- Whether the job came from the one-off job on this site
- No logins, keys, customer data or payment details in the first enquiry
Never send passwords, keys, customer records or confidential code in the first enquiry. Secure handover is agreed after scoping.
How we check it is done
- After the report is frozen, you choose 10 rows without showing your verdicts to us and reproduce every verdict using the limits effective at each change; a missed floor, ceiling, step or daily-limit breach fails this report check.
- The report states the number of log rows, the number checked, the count outside limits and the count of price changes in your store history.
- The limit tests, the pause switch and the restore step are re-run on a copy each month, and any failure is listed first.
- No price, rule or setting has been changed by us.
You read each report, re-run the checks it lists and tell us whether the marks and limits still suit you. A month counts as delivered when you have the report.
When we would stop or decline
- The log is incomplete or missing
- Limits are changed without telling us two months running
- Nobody on your side can change a rule

Do you change my prices or rules?
No. We name the row or rule behind each issue. You or your named person make every change.
Do you promise the job is safe?
No. The report says what was checked this month and what it cannot show.
What if my log is incomplete?
We say so in the report and do not guess.
Price and terms
£145/month · untested offer price. Billing is monthly under the written terms we agree with you. Nothing is charged until you have agreed them.
