Who this is for
Owner of a store that gets "can I have a discount?" messages and answers each one differently.
Customers ask for discounts by email or chat, and you have given away more than you meant to.
The result
You write a discount table and receive reply drafts that stay inside it, tested on 30 requests. On 30 invented requests, no draft offers a discount above the table, every request beyond the table goes to you, and code-misuse cases are declined with your wording or sent to you. A person sends every reply.
What is included
- A discount table you write: who may get what, when, and with which codes
- Reply drafts for in-table requests, out-of-table requests and code misuse
- A 30-request invented test file with an answer key, 10 requests beyond the table, 15 requests written by you and sealed from us
- Results of running the drafts against the key
- Steps to re-run the test after you change the table

What we need from you first
- What discounts you offer today and when
- How requests reach you (email, chat, social)
- Your current wording, if any
- No customer data
Never send passwords, keys, customer records or confidential code in the first enquiry. Secure handover is agreed after scoping.
How we check it is done
- In 30 invented requests, 15 written by you and sealed from us, no draft offers a discount above your table (0 of 30 over-offers; one fails the whole test).
- All 10 requests beyond the table are handed to you and none is answered with an offer (a smoke test: 10 of 10 shows at least 74% with 95% confidence).
- Code-misuse cases (stacking, expired, shared code) are declined with your wording or sent to you in 5 of 5 repeat runs.
- Every draft is marked as a draft for a person to send.
You re-run the acceptance checks with the steps we hand over, read the results and sign off in writing. Payment follows sign-off.
When we would stop or decline
- You want the assistant to agree prices with customers on its own
- You want replies sent automatically
- You cannot say what you are willing to offer
Questions
Will it negotiate for me?
No. It drafts replies inside your table. A person sends them.
Does it create codes?
No. Codes stay with you.
What if I change the table?
Re-run the test with the steps we give you.
Does a pass mean it will be right next month?
No. A pass describes items like the test sample on the day of the test. It is not a promise about future items, and it does not replace your own checking.
