You need codes on your products for export or import paperwork, and finding each one by hand would take weeks.
The result
For up to 100 products you get up to three candidate codes each, with the tariff wording quoted and each marked "candidate, not confirmed". On the 15 broker-confirmed products that stay sealed from us until the test run, the confirmed code appears among the candidates for at least 13. We confirm no code.

Never send passwords, keys, customer records or confidential code in the first enquiry. Secure handover is agreed after scoping.
How we check it is done
- On the 15 broker-confirmed products sealed until the test run, the confirmed code is among our three candidates for at least 13 (13 of 15 gives a true rate of at least 63% with 95% confidence), matched to the first six digits unless the quote names more. A product left blank counts as a miss. This shows a true rate of at least 63%, so some products will need a different code from your broker.
- Every candidate shows the tariff wording it came from; one without it fails the whole test.
- Every row is labelled "candidate, not confirmed", and none is called correct or final; one fails the whole test.
- Products with no good candidate are left blank and listed.
You re-run the acceptance checks with the steps we hand over, read the results and sign off in writing. Payment follows sign-off.

- You want the codes used as final with no one confirming them
- The goods are chemicals, medicines, food or other controlled goods that need a specialist from the start
- You want us to file declarations

Are these the right codes?
We do not say. They are candidates for your broker to confirm or correct.
Do you handle customs paperwork?
No. We prepare a list. You and your broker handle declarations.
Is this advice?
No. It is a research aid for a qualified person.
Does a pass mean it will be right next month?
No. A pass describes items like the test sample on the day of the test. It is not a promise about future items, and it does not replace your own checking.
