The result
Up to 100 products are translated into one language using your glossary. Scripts check that every glossary term is consistent and that markup and placeholders are intact. A native reader you name scores a 40-snippet sample, and return and tax wording is flagged for your adviser rather than translated by us.

What we need from you first

Never send passwords, keys, customer records or confidential code in the first enquiry. Secure handover is agreed after scoping.
How we check it is done
- A script finds every glossary term translated the same way in all 100 products (100% consistent).
- A script finds every HTML tag and placeholder intact in every translated field.
- Your named native reader picks 40 snippets after seeing the full file and scores each acceptable or not; at least 36 of 40 are acceptable (a true rate of at least 78% with 95% confidence). One snippet with a wrong number, size, unit or price, or a reversed meaning, fails the whole test.
- All return, tax and legal wording is flagged and left untranslated.
You re-run the acceptance checks with the steps we hand over, read the results and sign off in writing. Payment follows sign-off.

Which languages?
One per job. We confirm the language and the reader before you pay anything.
Do you translate my returns policy?
No. We flag it for your adviser.
Who is the native reader?
A person you name. If you have none, a supplier reader named in the quote scores the sample, quoted extra.
Does a pass mean it will be right next month?
No. A pass describes items like the test sample on the day of the test. It is not a promise about future items, and it does not replace your own checking.
