Never send passwords, keys, customer records or confidential code in the first enquiry. Secure handover is agreed after scoping.
How we check it is done
- The table holds a value for each of the 25 products, six facts and four places, or marks it "not available" with the reason.
- In a copy of your data with 10 planted mismatches (price, stock, variant, return term), 5 planted by us and 5 by your named person and kept from us until the test run, all 10 are flagged; one missed mismatch fails the test (10 of 10 shows a true catch rate of at least 74% with 95% confidence; a smoke test).
- Each mismatch shows both values and its likely cause.
- Each wrong AI answer you supply is logged with prompt, platform and timestamp as the first observed mismatch.
- Your named person checks 10 cells you pick against the live page and the exports, and all 10 match; one wrong value fails the test.
You re-run the acceptance checks with the steps we hand over, read the results and sign off in writing. Payment follows sign-off.
When we would stop or decline
- The aim is ranking or visibility in ChatGPT or other tools
- You want us to edit your store, feed or catalogue
- The feed and catalogue data cannot be exported at all

Can you make ChatGPT show my products?
No. We check that your own data agrees across the places it is read from.
Does this fix the mismatches?
No. It finds them and their causes. You or a fixing job correct them.
How often should I re-run it?
After any price, stock or policy change that affects these products. The steps are yours to re-run.
Does a pass mean it will be right next month?
No. A pass describes items like the test sample on the day of the test. It is not a promise about future items, and it does not replace your own checking.
