What we need from you first

- Names of removed and active review apps
Never send passwords, keys, customer records or confidential code in the first enquiry. Secure handover is agreed after scoping.
How we check it is done
- On one agreed product page the active app shows reviews once, with the same count as its owner dashboard
- The retired app script/reference is absent in theme output without breaking product page or cart
You inspect the named test result and sign off before payment. Your authorised account holder performs and verifies any live change.
When we would stop or decline
- Review records were deleted from the vendor with no export
- Unclear which code belongs to the live review app; stop for vendor confirmation
Questions
Will removing code restore reviews deleted from the old app?
No. This job assumes review data is already present in the current app.
Can I uninstall the old app first?
If you already did, keep a theme backup and the app name; do not delete every similarly named file.
