The result
For up to 150 products, every number, spec and claim in the new copy is traced to your source data or flagged. You get an audit sheet, a duplicate-phrasing report, a before and after diff and a clean import file containing only the fixes you approve. The test checks 30 of the 150 products.

What we need from you first
- Which tool wrote the copy and roughly how many products

- No store login or customer data
Never send passwords, keys, customer records or confidential code in the first enquiry. Secure handover is agreed after scoping.
How we check it is done
- We plant 20 known defects (invented spec, swapped product, truncated sentence, blanked field, encoding break, banned claim) in a copy of 50 of your products: 10 planted by us and 10 by your named person, kept from us until the test run. The audit flags all 20; any defect not flagged is shown beside the planted list and fails the test (20 of 20 shows a true catch rate of at least 86% with 95% confidence; a smoke test).
- For 30 products you pick from the 150 after the audit file is delivered, no number, spec or claim is left without a source cell or a flag; one unflagged invented spec fails the whole test.
- The diff shows no change outside the agreed columns.
- Every use of your claim words in the copy is listed with its product.
You re-run the acceptance checks with the steps we hand over, read the results and sign off in writing. Payment follows sign-off.
When we would stop or decline
- There is no source of truth to check the facts against
- The products carry health, cosmetic or food claims that need an adviser, beyond flagging them
- More than 150 products and you do not want a quoted larger scope
- The point is to publish many near-identical pages for search
Questions
Do you rewrite the copy?
No. We check it and list what to fix. Writing from supplier facts is a separate job.
Will it pass Google's checks?
We cannot promise that. We flag unsupported claims and note the AI-label attributes for feeds.
Can you check all my products?
Up to 150 at this price. More is quoted separately.
Does a pass mean it will be right next month?
No. A pass describes items like the test sample on the day of the test. It is not a promise about future items, and it does not replace your own checking.

£245 · untested offer price. £245 after the agreed acceptance checks pass and you sign off. No payment before sign-off.
